I started this blog just over a year ago, when I realized that blogging was a great way to stay connected to friends and family in the United States and abroad while I studied in Madrid, Spain for four months. I had forgotten how much I loved writing and this blog really helped me find that joy again. Now, I want to use this platform to write about my life, my experiences, and things happening in the world that I want to talk about. I want this blog to be a place where I get to write, using my own voice and my own ideas, which I feel like is hard to come by these days.
